Here is a first, today I am recommending not one but four monster movies in the buried treasure segment. The Blind Dead series is some of the best movies from Spain in the 1970s' broke new ground in story telling as well as incredible creature effects. Let's remind ourselves what those movies are...

TOMBS OF THE BLIND DEAD: While searching for a runaway friend they encounter the Blind Dead who is searching for blood.

RETURN OF THE BLIND DEAD: The five hundredth annerversary of the defeat of the Templar Knights get a few undead party crashers aching for revenge.

THE GHOST GALLEON: Two lost models get on the wrong ship to ask for directions and the rescue party will be the ones that need rescuing.

NIGHT OF THE SEAGULLS: A new Doctor discovers the towns deadly secret. Every 7 years they sacrifice 7 women during the 7 nights of the full moon.

These creatures are some of the scarest and coolest movies ever made. All four do have their flaws and none are exactly perfect. But my my humble opinion all four movies are worth watching over and over again.
