A great Halloween story that's not SAW but worth watching, THE NIGHT STRANGLER. The second Kolchak pilot movies. After being fired from the Vegas paper for printing the truth about a vampire Carl and Tony head for Seattle, Washington where Carl looks into a series of strange strangulations. While looking into the case he discovers that there is a city cover up about the fact the killer is stealing blood after strangling them and an ancient secret hidden in the old city underground.
